	Library card
	You may apply for a library card by filling in a registration form and presenting an identity card. If you areunder 15 years, you need your parent´s or legal guardian´s guarantee. The first card is free of charge. The library card is personal and must be presented for any transaction.
	Loan periods
	books, language courses: 28 days magazines 14 days CD ROM 28 days CD Music 28 days DVD and VHS 14 days There is a fine on overdue materials.
	Renewals
	You can renew your loans, if there is no reservation on them.
	Reservation
	If the item you wish to borrow is lent out, it may be reserved.
	Interlibrary loan services
	If you wish to borrow material not available in Hartola library collection, we´ll have it delivered from another library.
	Information Services
	The staff will help you to find the material or information you need. Library has access to various databases.
	Internet
	There is 5 PCs with access to the Internet in the library. Two of them you may use for 30 min at a time by making a reservation, and two for 15 min without reservation. There is also one PC with Word and other Office programmes. Wireless network
